My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you become the best version of yourself. If the goal is to be better in your sport, lose weight, or just become stronger, I want to get you there and have fun while doing it.
My first loves of exercise began with track (high jump, hurdles, long jump, etc) and soccer. Skiing and rip-sticking have been hobbies of mine. Besides personal training, I also teach group exercise classes like Pound and Body Sculpt.
